Phone and office visits
In addition to fully covered services, the plan offers unlimited telephone advice and office consultations with attorneys on most personal legal issues, except those related to your employment. There are no waiting periods or co-pays.
To use your personal legal plan, visit the Hyatt Legal website and click Members Log In. Then provide the first four digits of your Social Security Number or membership number. You can also call Hyatt Legal’s Client Service Center weekdays at 800-821-6400.
Your spouse and dependents are also eligible for legal services. They simply need to follow the same instructions.

After you receive your case number and your plan attorney’s telephone number, call the plan attorney, identify yourself as a legal plan member referred to him or her by Hyatt Legal Plans and request an appointment for a consultation. Give your plan attorney your case number, the name of the legal plan you belong to and the type of legal matter you are calling about.
Evening and Saturday appointments are available.
